Naheeda Begum
Audit Manager

Prior to joining Millet, Naheeda qualified as a chartered accountant (India) at Kalyaniwala and Mistry. She also holds a degree in business management from Bangalore University.

Naheeda is an auditor with experience in not-for-profit, financial services, manufacturing, banking, and technology sectors.

After relocating to the UK, Naheeda joined Millet in December 2023 and has since led numerous successful audits.

Naheeda is married with a son and lives in Essex.

Yash Belani
Audit Manager

Yash trained as a Chartered Accountant in India, gaining over four years of experience in audit at BDO and EY. He later completed his master’s in International Management at the University of Bath.

He has experience auditing not-for-profit, real estate, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors.

A keen sports and travel enthusiast, Yash enjoys watching Manchester United play whenever possible. He is based in London.

Sam Cohen
Audit Junior Associate

Sam is training to become an accountant, primarily focusing on supporting the audit team.

He has experience across various sectors and enjoys watching his football team play at Stamford Bridge.

Sam lives in Hertfordshire.

Sherin James
Audit Semi-Senior Associate

Sherin is an experienced auditor with a background spanning general trading, retail, manufacturing, non-profits, hospitality, and equity and debt trading.

She trained as a chartered accountant at ABK Saqer Auditing in Dubai and later completed her master’s in Accounting and Finance at Kingston University.

Outside of work, Sherin is a car enthusiast and an avid driver. She enjoys traveling and is based in London.

Snehil Kulshreshtha
Audit Senior

Snehil trained as a chartered accountant at a Big 4 firm in India before completing his master’s in Finance at the University of Bath.

He has auditing experience in not-for-profit, financial services, and technology sectors.

Snehil is a movie buff and enjoys playing and watching cricket. He is based in London.

Andrew Millet BA MBA FCA
Director

Qualified as a chartered accountant 30 years ago with BDO (Stoy Hayward), then spent a number of years in industry as CFO and NED for Maintel Holdings plc, Oncimmune Holdings Plc, and Pinknews Group. Moved back into practice 20 years ago and has focused on audit.

Andrew’s clients come from various sectors: not-for-profit, subsidiaries of larger foreign groups, technology sector, financial services, and education.

Andrew lives in Hertfordshire, is married with two children and a mad cocker spaniel. He is a governor/director of the Mill Hill Education Group. In his spare time, Andrew tries to improve his golf and is a portrait artist.

Yalda Nabi BA
Finance & Accountancy Specialist

Yalda Nabi is a Finance & Accountancy Specialist with over 14 years of experience in commerce.  She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Accountancy from the University of Hertfordshire and is currently completing her final exam to become a qualified Accounting Technician.

She has previously worked at GE Healthcare, Mathie, Neal, Dancer & Co, Cyber-Duck, and CACI.  At Millet, Yalda is a key member of the Practice team, responsible for the practice accounts; and practice management.   

Outside of work, Yalda enjoys jogging and spending time with her family and friends.

RUI WANG
AUDIT SEMI-SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Rui started as an auditor at a Big 4 accounting firm and left as an assistant manager. She later joined an online healthcare company, working on internal audit management. After that, she moved to a fintech company, participating in its IPO project on the NYSE.  Recently, Rui completed her master’s degree at LSE.
